Day two of the 5060 Ti climb: $429.99, and the deals page has nothing left

Yesterday the RTX 5060 Ti jumped to $399.99 and we said that was a lot of movement for one morning. Today it is $429.99. Another $30, another 7.5%, which makes 19% in 48 hours on a card NVIDIA launched at $379. It now sits 13.5% above its own launch price and it is still the closest thing in this catalog to an MSRP buy. That tells you plenty about where the rest of the board is.

Here is the part that stings. Our deals page keeps an “approaching MSRP” section for cards within 10% of launch price, the consolation bracket for days when nothing is genuinely at MSRP. Yesterday the 5060 Ti was the only card in it, at 5.5% over. Today that section is empty too. Both MSRP sections on that page are blank at the same time.

The rest of the 50-series did not follow. The RTX 5060 held at exactly $359.99, so the gap between the two 60-class cards widened from $40 to $70 in a single day. The RTX 5070 held at $635.99 as well, which means the step up from the 5060 Ti to the 5070 has shrunk to $206 for 12GB of GDDR7 instead of 8GB. Two days ago that step was $276. If your budget was built around a $400 card, compare those two before you commit. The 5070 is quietly getting more attractive without touching its own price.

Per gigabyte the math is unkind. The 5060 Ti now costs $53.75 for each GB of VRAM. The RX 9060 XT is $448.99 for 16GB, or $28.06 per GB, and it did not move today either. Nineteen dollars more buys you double the memory. Line them up.

Used is the pressure valve. Our eBay refresh found the same Dell RTX 5060 Ti 8GB at $339.99 that was there yesterday, but because new climbed and used did not, the saving grew from 15% to 21% overnight. Buy It Now, no auction timer to babysit.

For context on where this card’s floor sat recently: the last time r/buildapcsales posted an RTX 5060 Ti deal was July 5, a Zotac Twin Edge OC 8GB at Newegg for $330. We did not confirm that price ourselves and it is three weeks stale, so treat it as history and not a target. The real signal is the silence. No deal chatter on this card for 23 days, and the street price up 19% in the last two.

One piece of genuinely good news. The Arc B570 is back. Its Amazon listing had been serving an unreadable buy box since July 6, and today it loaded clean at $259.99, in stock, 4.7 stars across 89 ratings. Intel’s $219 launch price is still 19% away, but a working listing on the cheapest card we track beats a broken one.

Everything else stood still. The RX 9070 XT at $739.99, the RTX 5080 at $1,249.99, the Arc B580 at $369.99, the RX 7600 at $319.99, all exactly where we left them. Every AMD and Intel listing we could confirm held its price again today. This run belongs to one NVIDIA card, and not in a way that helps you.
