The RTX 5060 Ti finally slips below MSRP

Today finally gave budget-minded GeForce shoppers a real headline. The tracked RTX 5060 Ti fell from $429.99 to $349.99 on Amazon, a 18.6% drop in one refresh and about 8% under its $379 MSRP. That move puts it into the at-or-below-MSRP section on the Deals page instead of leaving it stranded in the usual “close, but not close enough” zone.

That drop matters more when you line it up against the rest of Nvidia’s stack. The tracked RTX 5070 held at $799.99, while the tracked RTX 5070 Ti only eased from $1,170 to $1,147. If you are shopping on price first, the gap is now wide enough that the 5060 Ti has its own lane again. Compare the 5060 Ti, 5070, and 5070 Ti before paying up for the next tier.

The high end moved in the opposite direction. Amazon’s tracked RTX 5090 jumped from $5,099.99 to $6,810.90, and the listing now shows unavailable. The RTX 5080 also ticked up from $1,517.99 to $1,547.84. That leaves Nvidia’s premium end looking even more inflated than it did yesterday.

AMD was quieter, but not frozen. The RX 7600 slipped from $339.99 to $329.99, and the RX 9070 XT stayed at $739.99 while the RX 9070 remained $689.99. That keeps the XT at just a $50 premium in this tracked pair, which is still the more interesting spot in AMD’s current lineup. Compare the RX 9070 pair if you are choosing between them.
