Verdict
At $989.87, the Radeon RX 7800 XT costs about 17% less than the $1,189.99 RTX 5070 Ti. That $200.12 saving is real money, but not so wide that the pricier card is out of reach.
As an NVIDIA card, the RTX 5070 Ti gives you access to DLSS 4 super-resolution and Frame Generation, which can meaningfully lift frame rates in supported titles. The Radeon RX 7800 XT counters with FSR 4, which is open-source and works across a wider range of games — including some that don't support DLSS. Which ecosystem matters more depends on the games in your library.
